Sacrificial Choke Manifold

The sacrificial choke manifold is used to control the fluid from the well by reducing the flowing pressure and by achieving a constant flow rate before the fluid enters the processing equipment on the surface.

Sand Catcher

A sand catcher is required to capture a large amount of sand while opening the well or sluggish flow of the well. 80 to 90% of sand particles will be captured in the initial separation stages of the sand catcher with a very low-pressure drop. Sand can be easily removed from the sand catcher while in operation by opening the sand outlet line.

Dual Pot Sand Filter

Dual pot Sand Filter is used to remove the sand and other solid particles from effluent to prevent erosion of downstream equipment. Typical applications for the unit include completion clean-ups and maximum sand-free rate tests This filter is typically located after the well flow head upstream of the Choke Manifold
