Trailer-mounted packages are created based on the specifications provided by the client as well as WEE in-house serial developed solutions. Oilfields use trailer-mounted containers with the essential and required equipment inside.
A unique system of well test equipment called a surface well test trailer package (SWT Package) or trailer mounted surface well test system is designed to reliably evaluate the behavior of each phase after separating well fluids into two, three, or four phases.
Any activity for testing a well revolves around the Test Separator Skid. Well fluids are divided into two, three, or four phases by a test separator. Control valves, meters, ball valves, and other elements listed in the technical proposal are included in each phase line. Two or three relief valves are put on the separator vessel and inlet manifold as safety devices (Note: Verify with WEE the required number of relief valves and installation location). Additionally, High/Low- or High-Pressure Pilots may be employed (note: validate whether pilots are covered by the scope). Depending on the needs of the client, pressure vessels are either manufactured of standard service or soured service construction steel. Multiple nozzles on the pressure vessel are used to link level controllers, pressure and temperature gauges, and level gauges.
5K/10K/15K One positive and one adjustable choke are both included in the 4- or 5-valve assembly of the choke manifold. A choke manifold is intended to lower the flow (pressure) of a well stream, safeguarding the equipment farther down the line.
The Data Header is a customized pipe with unions and ports that allows the operator to inject chemicals into the well fluids while also monitoring pressure and temperature.
Before commencing to operate, the surface well test equipment has to receive the requisite pressure from the test pump. Ask WEE what brand or model of test pump is needed for your project.
Long trailers can also fit a lab and office cabin with all the tools and equipment needed for a practical and secure operation.
The payload capacity of the trailer base is 20/30/40/50 tons. When WEE gets a trailer foundation from a dependable domestic source, it is modified to fit surface well test equipment and unitality equipment based on an internal design. For oilfield operations, pipe rack can be installed as an extra feature to transport flowline equipment. Ex-proof lights, distribution panels, toolboxes, and other extra features mentioned in the technical proposal are all included in the trailer.
